The butterfly is one of the most widely depicted natural species in fine jewellery design. During the Art Nouveau period, Ren Lalique was fascinated with these brightly coloured creatures. The butterfly motifs are 3D, with delicate wings crafted from translucent pink crystal with a silver body.
